Tinshake Functions.

  • What is Tinshake?

    Tinshake is here to shake things up! Remove the admin hassle from fine management and make raising funds fun. Say goodbye to multiple social media networks, messages, phone calls, spreadsheets, collecting bank details, and chasing money. Leave the mess behind and become a Tinshake Campaign. Tinshake is a new social fundraising platform that creates a fun and interactive way for a bunch of people to raise funds for a shared purpose. Tinshake does not hold your money, funds are sent to the Campign Managers PayPal Account. 

  • What can Tinshake be used for?

    Raising money for an end of season party? A family holiday? A monthly coffee catch up with mates? Want to Gift money to a cause close to home or far away? Tinshake can be used for all of this plus way more. Tinshake is not just about raising funds though, you can follow Public Campaigns to see what others are up to, or simply use your Group or Campaign chat to manage multiple chat rooms under a common entity.

  • Is my country supported?

    Currently Tinshake is supported in Australia with the rollout to the USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, UK and Greater Europe to follow.

  • How do I add my Friends to Tinshake?

    You can search for your friends and other Members using the Search icon (top right on the Tinshake Home Screen), select and follow. By Following you will be able to see their posts on your Following Feed. Better yet, create a Campaign, and share your Campaign externally from Tinshake using any of your standard messaging services. A link can be generated to invite people to onboard as Tinshake Members and then to join your Campaign.

  • What can I raise money for?

    Tinshake helps your friends, family, teammates or work colleagues raise money for a common cause, simply start a Campaign, Fine, Shout, and Gift away. Watch your funds hit your goal, set a timeline, or run indefinitely! Making your Campaign public can also draw the attention of others who may wish to Gift! 

  • What does Tinshake cost me?

    Tinshake is free to join. Explore and Follow your favourite Tinshake Members and Campaigns at no cost. Once you join a Campaign, payments attract a merchant fee and Tinshake platform fee. Please see pricing at: www.tinshake.com/pricing

  • Do I need to provide a payment method by default?

    No, the only time Tinshake will ask for a payment method is when you join a Campaign or go to send money. Then you will be prompted to link your PayPal account or create a PayPal Acount. 

  • How long can funds be held for?

    Indefinitely, unlike other fundraising platforms that can only hold funds for 90-days, your funds are held in your PayPal Acount.

  • What is a Tinshake Campaign?

    A Tinshake Campaign is the central place for raising funds which can be goal based, set on a timeline or run indefinitely. A Campaign is administered by a Campaign Owner who is also responsible for holding the Campaign funds in their PayPal account.

  • Can I use Tinshake without joining or creating a Campaign?

    Yes, you can simply use Tinshake for your chat platform of choice at no cost, you can also Follow Tinshake Campaigns that interest you, provided they are public Campaigns.

  • What's a Tinshake 'Fine'?

    Did your teammate turn up to training without their boots? We reckon that's a fine. Did your work colleague miss a meeting because they slept in? That's definitely a fine! A 'Fine' is created by a Campaign Member and sent to another Member of the same Campaign. Or a Fine can be sent to multiple or all Members of a shared Campaign. A Fine can be sent as simple text, using a Tinshake Rulebook, photo, or a 15-second video. The fun doesn't stop there, the receiver of the Fine has the option to accept, negotiate or decline. Only fines and negotiations that are accepted are published to Tinshake Feeds. Tinshake platform and merchant fees are deducted by Stripe on the way into the Campaign owner's bank account.

  • What is 'Send Money'

    In the 'Tap & Hold' feature in chat, you can access 'Send Money' here you can instantly send money to any user on Tinshake. 

  • What is a Private Fine?

    This one is simple, hmm yeah I deserve the Fine but not keen for it to go on the Tinshake Feeds for all to see! There is an InApp purchase for 'Private Fine' and it will sit against the Member in the Campaign's Statistics.

  • What is 'Negotiate' in the Fine function?

    Sometimes a fine amount is simply not warranted for the crime! 'Negotiate' allows the fine recipient to do exactly that, negotiate the amount of the Fine. There is only one round of negotiation and it is up to the Fine sender to accept the negotiation or not, if not the Fine is null and void.

  • What’s a Tinshake 'Shout'?

    A 'Shout' is created by a Campaign Member and sent to another representing a thank you, for example, "Thanks mate for helping me move house on the weekend". A Shout can be sent as simple text, photo or a 15 second video. The receiver of the Shout has the option to accept or decline. Only Shouts that are accepted are published to Tinshake Feeds. Tinshake platform and merchant fees are deducted by PayPal on the way in to the Campaign owner's PayPal Account.

  • What is the Tinshake 'Gift'

    'Gift' is created by any Tinshake Member and sent to recognise the Campaign, for example, an injured team member might Gift $20 "Great game on the weekend MPFC, this is to go towards your end of season trip". A Gift can be sent as simple text, photo or a 15 second video. The Campaign Owner has the option to accept or decline. Only Gifts that are accepted are published to Tinshake Feeds. Tinshake platform and PayPal merchant fees are deducted by PayPal on the way in to the Campaign Owner's PayPal account.

  • What is a 'Quick Gift'?

    'Quick Gift' is found on the Campaign Profile page and is used to Gift funds to Public Campaign's you are not a Member of. Having no description or content, the Quick Gift has no approvals, nor are they published on any of Tinshake's Feeds. Tinshake platform and merchant fees are deducted by PayPal on the way in to the Campaign Owner's PayPal Account.

  • What's the difference between a 'Gift' and a 'Quick Gift'?

    'Quick Gift' provides a method of Gifting to any Public Tinshake Campaign without any description or media, you could be traveling through a town and stop to watch the local footy game, enjoy it so much that you decide to Quick Gift to their Campaign as thanks for the entertainment. Simply put in the $ amount and click Pay. Gift is only available to Campaign Members with the option of descriptions and media and requires approval by the Campaign Owner.

  • What’s is a Clap on Tinshake Feed Posts?

    'Clap' is Tinshake's version of appreciation. Clap and show you are a fan of the post.

  • What is Comments

    'Comments is represented by a chat bubble under each post in the Tinshake Feeds. Any Member of the Campaign the post resides under can Comment. If you are not a Member and are following the Campaign, you are unable to participate in Comments. Look it as a spectator enjoying the game from the sidelines, we are against tools that enable trolling of any of our Members.

  • What is an 'Active' Notification?

    An 'Active Notification' means you need to treat an action by either Accept, Negotiate, or Decline. An Active Notification will not go away until it has been treated.

  • What is a 'Pending' Notification?

    A 'Pending Notification' means you are waiting on another Tinshake Member to action it by either Accept, Negotiate or Decline. No action, use Tinchat to give them a courteous shove!

  • What is a “Completed” Notification?

    A 'Completed' has been treated by the recipient. 

  • What is the Relationship feed?

    If you have had any interactions with a Member, in the Member's profile it will be displayed under the 'Relationship Feed'. Any Fines or Shouts between you will be displayed in the Relationship Feed chronologically.

  • What is the 'Explore' Feed?

    The 'Explore Feed' displays top @Groups, Campaigns, and Members. From the Member who has been Fined the most to the Campaign that’s raised the most money, jump on and explore and discover!

  • What is the Tap & Hold function?

    Wherever you see a Member Profile avatar in Tinshake's feeds, Tap & Hold to access the quick action menu for Tinchat, Fine. Fine by Rulebook or Shout the Member. Here you can also Send money to any of your mates instantly through PayPal

  • What are the features of the bottom Navigation Bar?

    The 'Bottom Navigation Bar' connects you to:


    Feed (represented by the newspaper icon) takes you to your Campaign, Following and Explore Feeds.

    My Tinshake (represented by the backpack icon) - A place where your @Groups, Campaigns you a directly a Member of reside. Additionally Members you follow and Rulebooks you have saved or used can be found here.

    Create (represented by the plus symbol icon) - Create @Group, Campaigns, Fine, Shout or Gift.

    Tinchat (represented by the chat bubble icon) - Tinchat is created automatically against each @Group or Campaign created, individual Tinchat is available also between any Tinshake Member.

    Notifications (represented by the bell icon) - this is where notifications for Active, Pending, and Completed Actions are based. Under Latest, you can also see any comments related to posts on any Campaign you are a Member of.


    1. Active: This means you need to action this notification, either paying, negotiating, accepting, or declining

    2. Pending: This means you are waiting on another Tinshake user to action this notification, either paying, negotiating, accepting, or declining.

    3. Complete: the action has been completed and is listed here so you can see it in the future.

  • Can I use Tinshake for Social Wagering?

    No, Tinshake does not have a Wagering License, and doing so risks your Campaign being closed.

  • Is there a maximum Fine value?

    Yes, $5,000 AUD. You can also set a maximum Fine value per Campaign During Creation, this stops silly people from Fining you way too much.

Groups & Campaigns.

  • What is a Tinshake @Group?

    A Tinshake @Group is used to link Campaigns under a common entity, this could be your football club where multiple Campaigns are being run across different grades. Groups also create a Tinchat room for chat across all Campaigns residing under the Group. It is important to note that @Groups are held by the Member who secured it and are unique (not dissimilar to Domain Names). @Groups cannot infringe Trademarks and will be cancelled and will only be available to the Trademark Owners.

  • What is a Tinshake Campaign?

    A Tinshake Campaign is the central place for raising funds that can be goal based, set on a timeline or run indefinitely. A Campaign is administered by a Campaign Owner who is also responsible for holding the Campaign funds in their elected bank account and enabling Tinledger. Campaign names are not unique like @Groups.

  • What's the difference between a Campaign and a Group?

    Campaigns are created to raise funds, campaigns hold your campaign members, Feeds and your fundraising total, and stats. @Groups are optional and are there to hold campaigns for larger clubs, teams, and organisations where there may be several related campaigns.

  • What is a Public Campaign?

    A Public Campaign is available for all the Tinshake community to see all activity on the Camapign's Feeds, they can Follow or subject to the Campaign Invite Settings, request to join. An @Group or Campaign's Tinchat is completely private and only available to Members of each.

  • What is a Private Campaign?

    A Private Campaign is only visible to your Campaign's Members and has no traceable presence in the public realm or Tinshake Community.

  • Can I make a Private Campaign Public at a later date?

    No, once a Campaign is created as Private it can never become or change to a Public Campaign.

  • Campaign Invite Settings

    A Campaign Invite settings can be set to: 


    1. 'Invite Only' - you have to be invited by the Campaign Owner to become a Member


    2. 'Request to Join' - You can request to Join where the Campaign Owner either accepts or declines your request.

  • What is a Group Owner?

    A @Group Owner is the creator of the @Group used to link Campaigns under a common entity. It is important to note that @Groups are held by the Member who secured them and are unique (not dissimilar to Domain Names). @Groups cannot infringe Trademarks and will be cancelled and will only be available to the Trademark Owners.

  • Can I attach a Private Campaign to a @Group

    No, Private Campaigns are their own entity, all @Groups are Public and are visible to the Tinshake Community.

  • What is a Campaign Owner?

    A Campaign Owner is the creator, admin and king of their Campaign kingdom! A Campaign Owner's functions and responsibilites include:


    1. Being a Tinshake Verified user where their identity has been verified through Veriff.

    2. Adding and Removing Members.

    3. Connecting their elected bank account to the Campaign

    4. Caretaker of all funds gifted to them by Campaign Members.

    5. Spending Campaign funds in line with the Campaign's stated objective.

    6. Choosing to connect or Cancel the Tinledger feature.

    7. Governing all behaviour in their Campaigns and assuring all of TInshake's terms and conditions of use are met.

    8. Removing inappropriate content.

    9. Using common sense!

  • Tinshake use Basiq to support our Tinledger feature

    Basiq is an accredited API platform that provides the building blocks of financial services  and Tinshake Tinledger Feature https://basiq.io/about/ 

  • What is the Tinledger Feature?

    Tinshake's Tinledger feature shows the available balance of your Campaign (the Available Balance of the  Campaign Owners financial institution). Additionally, it provides transaction notifications to your Campaign Members of when the funds are spent, these are also seen in 'View Statement' in the Campaign's menu. When a Campaign Owner utilises the Tinledger feature, it greatly improves the transparency of funds to their Campaign Members.

  • Tinshake can’t do anything with your Campaign's money

    Basiq provide a read-only service, in other words, we can report on your accounts and transactions but we can’t make any payments or transfers – so your money is secure.

  • Why do I have to pay for Tinledger?

    Tinshake is Free to download and use however our optional Tinledger is a service provided to by a partner company to allow us to use this feature.

  • No longer need a product/ service? We’ll delete your data

    If you do not need your data anymore you have the option to request for all data to be deleted by simply going into the Campaign menu function and selecting 'Cancel Tinledger'. Any Tinledger remaining Tinledger prepaid feature charges are not refundable.

  • Where is my data stored?

    All data stored by Basiq is in AWS data centres in Sydney and Melbourne using AES-256 envelope encryption which means that each connection is encrypted with its own key.

  • Yes, Basiq are just as safe as your bank

    Basiq's infrastructure is hosted and managed in an ISO 27001, SOC 1 & SOC 2, PCI Level 1, FISMA Moderate and SOX certified data centre… In layman’s terms, your data is stored in the same way as data in the most highly regulated organisations around the world.

  • Tinledger fails to connect to my Financial Institution

    Most common causes are: 


    1. When usernames and passwords don’t match (be sure to use your Member/Customer ID and not your BSB.

    2. You may have been locked out of your internet banking, go online and check

    3. When multi-factor-authentication is enabled (we are in the process of adding support for MFA)

    4. Your Online Banking has a pop-up box that needs to be treated, go into your Online Banking and navigate to accounts and transactions, and address any CTA's/popups requiring action from the bank and treat them, try connecting Tinledger again.

    5. Your financial Institution's online banking portal is down or under maintenance

  • How Does Tinledger get my selected Bank Account's data?

    Tinshake use Basiq's secure gateway to read-only your selected financial institution so we can report on your accounts and transactions 

  • What data does Tinledger hold?

    Tinshake uses Basiq's Enterprise-grade security for Real-time access to financial data. When you give Basiq permission to connect to your bank, Basiq collect information required by the provider of your account or service, such as your login information, transactions, account numbers, and balances as well as general identity data including names and email addresses. Via Basiq:


    No human will ever see your login information

    Tinshake will delete your data on request

    Basiq are ISO 27001 certified


    Tinshake will hold your Financial Institution's BSB and only the last 4 digits of your selected Financial Institutions Account Number. We are required to do this to ensure that no more than one Campaign can be connected to Tinledger at anyone time.

  • Basiq's security approach

    Basiq use the same data centres trusted by the most highly-regulated organisations in the world. 

    Our security approach focuses on security governance, risk management and compliance. This includes encryption at rest and in transit, network security and server hardening, administrative access control, system monitoring, logging and alerting, plus more.

  • How long does Tinledger/Tinshake hold my selcted Bank Account's Data?

    As long as the Tinledger prepaid feature is active, If the prepaid period expires, Tinledger is cancelled by the Campaign Owner or a Campaign closed/cloned or  cancelled - all account and transaction data is deleted by Tinshake and Basiq.

  • Why do I have to pay after the trial?

    Every Campaign created is provided a 30 day free trial of the Tinledger feature. After this expires Tinledger is a prepaid feature with a number of different pricing packages, to use Basiq's API has a cost per user, per month.

  • How Much is Tinledger?

  • Can I run a Campaign without Tinledger?

    Of course, Tinledger is completely optional. Tinshake however always recommends to provide Campaign Members transparency of funds been held and spent by the Campaign Owner.

  • What is the “Available Balance” on my Campaign profile?

    The 'Available Balance' is available funds residing in the account that Tinledger is connected to. This can be derived from Campaign funds paid out by stripe and funds already existing and or have been moved into the Tinledger connected account.

  • Why is the Available Balance showing a different value to the “Raised on Tinshake” Balance?

    When a Campaign is first created, the first payout from Stripe can take up to seven days, after the first payout, funds should clear every 2-business days. You can see pending payouts by going into the Stripe app or logging into your Stripe dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

  • My Available Balance in my financial institution does not match on the Campaign Profile Page?

    Tinshake checks and updates Available Balance and Transactions every 24-hours at 10AM (GMT+8)

  • How long does it take for a Tinshake Action payment to reach the campaign bank account?

    When a Campaign is first created, the first payout from Stripe can take up to seven days, after the first payout, funds should clear every 2-business days. You can see pending payouts by going into the Stripe app or logging into your Stripe dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

  • I am getting notifications of Money being spent out of my Tinshake Campaign bank account why is this?

    As the Campaign Owner you have agreed to share with your Campaign Members your selected financial institution's Available Balance and Transaction data. 

  • Who can see Available Balance and transactions when I connect a Campaign to Tinledger?

    Only Campaign Members of the Campaign can see financial information relating to that Campaign. 

  • Can I connect more than one Tinledger to the same Bank Account?

    No, you can only have one Campaign's Tinledger connected to any one bank account at any one time.

  • What if I change the Bank Account connected to the Campaign via Stripe?

    You will need to cancel your Tinledger via the Campaign's Profile Page menu and reconnect Tinledger to the new Bank Account. All previous Tinledger data will deleted and any remaining Tinledger prepaid feature charges are forfeited from the perivious bank account

  • When I reconnect Tinledger to an existing Campaign, how far back is the Statement Data?

    Data is shown from the date of Campaign Creation only. 

  • I have a (!) icon next to my Tinledger what is this?

    Most common causes are:

  • What is the “Remaining Tinledger Subscription”?

    This is the remaining time left before your free period or prepaid feature charges for Tinledger expires.

  • How do I renew my Tinledger?

    Go the Campaign Profile Page menu and to 'Pay Tinledger'. Any Member of the Campaign can do this, not just the Campaign Owner, so share it around!

  • Can any Campaign Member pay for Tinledger

    Any Member of your Campaign can chip in and pre-pay for Tinledger, a Member however cannot connect Tinledger or cancel it.

  • Can I pay for the Tinledger Subscription out of Campaign Funds.

    Of Course, Just use the debit card or credit linked to the Campaigns Bank account. This will use Campaign Funds to Pay for your Tinledger, Please remember not to use Campaign Funds to pay for your personal Fines, Shouts or Gifts!

  • Where do you view Transactions out of the Campaign's Bank Account?

    The Campaign's Bank Account Transactions can be found in the Camapign's Profile Page menu under 'View Transactions'.

  • Can I cancel my Tinledger?

    Anytime the Campaign Owner wants to stop sharing the Campaign Bank data to their members, they can remove consent by unsubscribing from the Tinledger Feature, all Data will be immediately deleted.

    Tinshake's Tinledger feature shows the available balance of your campaign (the available balance of the bank account) and provides transaction notifications to your campaign members which greatly improves transparency.

    The Tinledger features powered by consent driven by digital data capture is optional and can be connected and turned on or removed at anytime.

Tinchat.

  • What is Tinchat?

    Tinchat is a unique feature to Tinshake, its our way of connecting but also interacting. Chat among your Tinshake friends, Campaigns or @Groups. 


    Tinchat is automatically built when a @Group or Campaign is created and all their Members added. When a Campaign resides under a @Group a Member is also added. Individual Tinchat is also available between any Tinshake Member to strike a conversation.


    Use the Tap & Hold function in Tinchat by holding down the Member's Profile Avatar or conversation to access the Action menu for Fine, Fine by Rulebook or Shout the Member in the middle of a conversation! If the Tap and Hold function is used in the Campaign chat, all actions are directed to that Campaign.

  • Why am I part of a @Group conversation on Tinchat?

    Tinchat is automatically built when a @Group or Campaign is created and all their Members added.

  • I have just joined a Campaign and cannot see previous Tinchat conversation?

    Tinchat is designed to only provide conversation from the time you join forward, you were not a Member of the conversations prior to joining.

  • Where can I start a Conversation on Tinchat?

    To start a @Group conversation, go to the @Group Profile Page and select 'Tinchat. 

    To start a Campaign conversation go to the Campaign Profile Page and select 'Tinchat'.

    To start a Individual conversation, go to the  Search Feature find the Member and select 'Tinchat. 

  • What if I do not want to be part of a Tinchat?

    If you don’t want to be apart of it, simply leave the Campaign, alternatively you can simply mute notifications by selecting the Tinchat Group or Campaign Picture and select /Mute Group' or 'Mute Campaign'.

  • What is the Tap & Hold function?

    Use the Tap & Hold function by holding down the Member's Profile Avatar to access the Action menu for Tinchat, Fine, Fine by Rulebook or Shout the Member in the middle of a conversation! If the Tap and Hold function is used in the Campaign chat, all actions are directed to that Campaign.

  • How do I see who in in the conversation?

    The Member's avatar is present and all conversations are sorted by date and time stamped. By Clicking on the Tinchat picture Tinchat also supports Presence so you can see who is online.

  • How do I reply to a Tinchat message?

    Select the conversation you wish to reply to and Use the Tap & Hold function and select 'Reply'

  • How do I tell if it is a Individual chat, Campaign Chat or Group Chat?

    A Group is represented by an @ symbol, Campaigns are a Rectangle Avatar and an individual chat is a circle

Security & Safety.

  • Is Tinshake Secure?

    Tinshake's is a cloud native App designed to take advantage of ots scale, elasticity, resiliency, security and flexibility. Tinshake resides in Amazon Web Services (AWS) which provides a highly reliable infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world. With data center locations in the U.S., Europe, Brazil, Singapore, Japan and Australia.


    AWS is a secure, durable technology platform with industry-recognized certifications and audits: PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 27001, FISMA Moderate, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and SOC 1 (formerly referred to as SAS 70 and/or SSAE 16) and SOC 2 audit reports. AWS services and data centres have multiple layers of operational and physical security to ensure the integrity and safety of Tinshake's data and all supported by World-class security experts who monitor our infrastructure we reside on.

  • How does Tinshake manage my Username and Password?

    Tinshake does not store your username and password, we leverage Amazon Cognito which supports multi-factor authentication and encryption of data-at-rest and in-transit. Amazon Cognito is HIPAA eligible and PCI DSS, SOC, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, and ISO 9001 compliant.

  • How Does Tinshake Secure my payments?

    Tinshake utilised Stripe for all payments https://stripe.com/en-au. Millions of businesses of all sizes from start-ups to large enterprises use Stripe’s software to accept payments and send Payouts. Tinshake do not hold your credit card details. 


    Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plaintext card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allow list. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, and so on).

  • What Personal data is Tinshake holding of mine?

    Tinshake holds your first and last name, Age bracket and Email address. If you are a Campaign Owner we also hold a photo of your as required to Verify our Campaign Owners to their Members. To inhibit social engineering and identity theft, Tinshake chooses not to hold your Date of Birth and or your residential address in our Apps Database tables.


    Tinshake hold a Campaign Owner's elected Bank Account's BSB and only the last four digits of the account number.


    Tinshake use Veriff to identify Campaign Owner via documents, document data is stored in AWS and encrypted at REST using AES-256.

  • How do I know a Campaign is safe and the Campaign owner is Legitimate?

    We want you to be confident in each and every campaign you join, that’s why we verify each and every Campaign owner to make sure they are who they say they are. 


    Tinshake uses Veriff, an online identity verification company that protects Members from been exposed to identity fraud. Veriff is the leader in identity verification and KYC automation and identity fraud prevention. 


    Tinshake highly recommends that you Know your Campaign Owner (KYCO) and recommends that you only join Campaigns where you know the Campaign Owner. Tinshake are not responsible for how a Campaign Owner spends funds once moved to their bank account.


    Tinshake also highly recommends that you encourage Campaign Owners to use the Tinledger Feature which provides transparency on the Campaign's Available Balance and Transactions. 


    Think twice about joining a Campaign where the Campaign Owner does not want to enable Tinledger.

  • How does Tinshake make a stance on cyber bulling and trolling?

    Tinshake is a safe place for everyone, only Campaign Members can Comment and Action each other, Followers of Campaigns where they are not a member can only watch from the sidelines.


    You can leave a Campaign at anytime by going to the Campaign Profile Page and tap the 'Leave' button.


    You can elect to establish a Campaign as Private, meaning that it is only visible to your Campaign's Members and has no traceable presence in  the public  realm.

  • Can a Campaign Owner or Member remove a Post?

    A Campaign Owner can delete ANY post in the Tinshake Feeds, they are the administrator of the Campaign. At any time a Member can delete any posts that they received or sent.

  • Can I report a post?

    You can report a post to either the Campaign Owner who has control to delete it, if this fails you can report the post to report@tinshake.com
